Cheiro Recife Chili Pulp Vinegar
Ingredients: orange pepper pulp 43%, alcohol vinegar 10° 42%, cane sugar, Cheito Recife chili pulp (origin Bourgogne Franche-Comté) 0.6%
Shiitake with chilli and Sichuan pepper spread
Ingredients: shiitake mushrooms 51%, mushroom juice, SESAME oil, dried tomatoes, onion, sunflower seeds, garlic, SOYA sauce, aromatic herbs, spices, chilli 0.6%, Sichuan pepper 0.4%, thickener: potato starch and xanthan gum
Storage:
